QActual is a peer-to-peer application designed to facilitate communication and support for individuals in suicide prevention by incorporating technology and established military strategies.

Upon downloading the app, users can easily create a team and utilize various alert systems to ensure timely responses in crisis situations.

• If you are affiliated with a partner program, you may access the app without an annual subscription fee. Otherwise, a yearly subscription will be required upon login.

Users have the capability to form their own squads, send alerts, and exchange messages. The following functions are included:

• Check-in: A button that sends an alert to all team members, reminding them to check in.
• White Alert: Notifies team members that the user is experiencing mild issues, prompting a response within 30 minutes. Option to send a message is also available.
• Red Alert: Designed for critical situations where immediate assistance is required, prompting team members to respond within 5 minutes.

Additional resources such as suicide hotline numbers and grounding techniques are provided on-screen. Please note that messages exchanged between users will be automatically deleted after 30 days.
